* Sends notifications to groups together with Assigned to and CCs
* It does not send notifications on null or minor edits
* Adds compatibility with SMW 4.x and MW up to 1.38
* Introduces $stgNotificationFromSystemAddress using wiki $wgSiteName and $wgPasswordSender as a From address for tasks notifications emails (thank you to [vedmaka](https://github.com/vedmaka))
